Lois Teague has organised and run an initiative called the Metway Sessions. With sponsorship from the Levellers and Fat Boy Slim, for 8 years gave local bands a free recording session to record a demo they could use for their own promotion. Lois sat as part of the panel and picked 4 bands per month from the submissions. The winners would also play at various venues in Brighton and London which Lois would promote.

For 3 years Lois managed the band Clearlake, who were signed to Domino. Lois assists with the Levellers own music Festival in Devon, Beautiful Days which is now in its 9th year.
