Producer judge Louis Sellers manages Andover’s premier recording studio Anton Road Studio. The studio is primarily a place for musicians, bands and groups to record their musical masterpiece. Louis is involved in music and audio projects of all kinds and offers high-quality music productions for musicians and clients. As the house engineer and producer, Louis Sellers likes to bring creativity, enthusiasm and passion to each and every project. With his wealth of studio knowledge and experience, Louis can help music productions reach new levels.

Music Industry Professional

Louis Sellers graduated in July 2010 at the University of Portsmouth with a BSc (Hons) Music And Sound Technology. In 2008, he took a gap year to gain valuable work experience in some top London studios, including Olympic Studios, Miloco Studios, Wave Studios and Sphere Studios. In this time he worked with acts such as Lily Allen, Echo and The Bunnymen, The Noisettes, Placebo, Delphic, I Blame Coco and Oliver! The Musical.

Musician Judge

Louis has been recording and producing local musicians for several years and currently plays drums in Hampshire-based alternative rock band ‘In Darklight’, who released their debut album ‘Dying To Confess’ in July 2010. He has been a drummer for 10 years and also works as a drum tutor under the name Total Control Drum Tuition.

Louis Sellers is preparing to judge Open Mic UK and will be looking out for the best singers from around the UK.
