Open Mic MUZU TV - Exposure Award winners announced!

The Grand Final of this year’s Open Mic UK saw the cream of UK vocal talent descend on the O2 in London and perform throughout the day, in what was to be the most successful Open Mic UK yet! The event, which was the culmination of months of hard work and preparation by contestants, revealed winners not just on stage but also those who had worked tirelessly to promote their talent off-stage.

The MUZU TV Exposure Award was awarded to Genealogy who proved themselves to be all-round talents and received the most views of their Open Mic UK footage throughout the competition on MUZU TV. Genealogy win an all expenses paid trip to Dublin to make a music video in the MUZU.TV studio, a support slot in a leading Dublin music venue and documentary video of the trip, which will all be a main feature on the MUZU.TV home page and Blog for a month.

There were also awards presented to the acts that received the most views on MUZU.TV for their Open Mic UK performance filmed in each region. The winning act in each region will feature as the Unsigned artist of the week on MUZU.TV, have website homepage coverage and brand advertising (including 50,000 banner impression adverts) on the MUZU.TV website worth £500.
