Phoebe: solid start, second track was more enjoyable, beautiful song. Well done for opening, a really good start setting the bar high.
Vicky Reardon: Tuning was a real issue, need to work on that. Good strong voice- could be gentle sometimes too. Out of tune but with tuning great potential.
Daniel Goss: Polished performance with a suitable image. Remember to work the stage. Good voice, would like to see you take the mic off the stand and move a bit.
Augusta: Good idea with tambourine and piano backing. Watch timing. Good image. Good stage presence. Lots of energy, few little intonation bits because of nerves.
Georgie Westall: Nice vocals but need to work on performance, just walking from side to side isn’t working the stage.
Gryphen Ford: Was a bit monotonous which made it dull, Look at the dynamics. Voice is a little tight which makes intonation a bit more difficult but well managed despite this. Nice use of dynamics.
Harriet K: Captivating and lovely use of your voice, why hold the mic? Release the last bit of anxiety and let it go and enjoy the applause. A beautiful voice.
Jemma Pollard: Show you are enjoying it more and this will relax you more in time. Nice mature voice with strength, good stage presence.
Josh Read: Cover was poorly executed. Good voice, slightly hindered a bit from struggling with the guitar.
Katy Hill: Think it would have been better to sing a song not so big for her vocal range. Nice confidence, better breathing will give support to voice and tone quality. Well done for being the first person to move around a bit, but be careful with playing with your hair a lot.
Kerry-Alice Hartnett: A very west end performance. Watch breathing, especially in between lines. Will help dynamics too as well as sound.
Lydia Lockyer: Good choice of song, watch guitar tuning, vocally sound. Guitar not quite in tune but lovely confident performance. Great.
Polly Haynes: Confident and full of energy, some instability in the voice which would benefit from smooth breathing.
Reece Cook: Song a bit low in parts for your voice. Nice to see you smile, great confidence. Give him a few years on the broken voice, definite simmering talent. A very powerful range, need to work on your lower range a bit.
Rhiannon Dodds: Very enjoyable performance with strong support on guitar. Speeded up a little, nerves made it a little sharp in places but good stage presence.
Satin Beige: Guitar sound was poor which put pressure on some lovely vocals and a well crafted original song. Slow down, Couldn’t hear the revolution lyrics because of your nervousness.
William Rudkin: Express with your hands or hold your jacket can see them twitching which is a distraction. Work on performance to back up strong voice! You definitely have talent and a future in music.
Lacey: Engage more with the audience. Original was good but bit of a nursery rhyme focus on a strong hook. Clever mashup of cover... Look at the audience, great rap, but use width of the stage.
Matthew Harris: Looked smart and sung well, performance was a little holiday camp. Lovely voice but could make it a bit more focused and less ‘breathy’. Great stage presence.
Lucy Hall: Performance didn’t flow even before the strap came loose but good recovery. Even cover was laboured due to guitar playing.
Jade Donno: Very warm and natural performance. Good passion. Nerves made some tuning issues, but strong, confident performance. Shes got it!
