Talent Competition Hampshire and Surrey Feedback
Heather Cameron-Hayes– A brilliant heartfelt original song about people close to her.
Sarah Walls – Nerves came through the vocal which affected the vocal performance. Perform as much as you can to overcome the nerves and get used to performing live as second nature.
Matt Maltese – Really good twist to the song to make it his own.
Joe Emmett – Exciting rich voice, just tighten up on the guitar playing to make perfect or get someone else to accompany you singing.
Rachel Stovold– Remember there are a host of good songs out there, very common choice which is going to make it hard for you to stand out.
Alice Pritchard– Good image and good to see a performance. Vocal needed to have more impact.
Anya Draycott– Nice tone and original song is pleasant but requires a stronger hook as meandered a little.
Nadia Hamid– Need to project more.
Shona Todd– Must practice more, cannot afford to forget words. Practice would make it second nature even with the nerves will give added confidence.
Amber Dickinson– Remember to engage.
Lucy Smith– Note sure an ear pierce would work in the show and a live arena need to learn to perform without.
Lucy Bourne – Watch pitch and tuning into this.
Fleur Wolstenholme– Check tuning of the guitar before auditioning.
Talent Competition Hampshire and Surrey, Further Feedback
Tarun Shah – Very nice pitch with a natural husky voice but needs to work on dynamics.
Shah Aaron and Milo – Very catchy song, just give a bit more to the performance and engage more.
Elliot Venables- Needs to slow down much stronger second time around.
Jake Marrell- Very good performance with a lot of feeling in the song.
Hannah Perrin – Nice original song, good lyrics and a powerful voice when let rip.
Kiah Whitehead- Great voice, just need to iron out the nervous trembles.
Bitter Sweet – Really strong harmonies, cool modern image remember to engage from the start and give instant impact.
Clare Haggerty – Good positive presence throughout the audition. Great composure and vocal embellishments/ad libs were spot on.
Elisha Morris – Clever mix of tracks which made it unique. It worked well!
Marcus Balogun – Could work the performance with a bit more rhythm with the song. Good choice of cover in the original song to give familiarity and a strong hook.
Rima Nsubuga– Need to perform in the mirror or film yourself as you’re a great singer but your expression is strained and not expressing the song.
Matt Defreitas – Good original, very now. To be picky the hook is too repetitive change the dynamics around this more.
Louise McDermott- Nice original song. Nice persona on stage, a quiet voice but nevertheless appealing and welcoming.
Artit Burasite– Really good tone with a distinctive raspy voice.
Bella Padley –Song could do with more impact and a hook to pull you in more.
Emily Jardine – Focus on the performance and always continue in the best fashion possible.
Tarino – One of the strongest voices in the over 23’s age category. Great voice and wonderful control on range. With a bit more physical movement she would be near stunning.
Chantelle Dewar – Another strong voice in the over 23’s. Warm, smooth and a great Beyonce cover. Be extra careful with pitch and you’ll be even better!
Sam Atkins – Try and engage more with your audience.
Bruce Terras-Smith– Good song stick to the writing and find a singer to perform your songs as they are really good!
Cliff Mortars– Engage!! The music’s good but the performance isn’t.
