2Tongues – Clichéd image. Confident performancebut a bit bland. Needs to be stronger in his performance. Needs to work on sung vocals as they’re a bit talky.

Charlie parker – Working on the guitar skills will support the act and allow the vocals to be focused. Had a good voice but diction needs to improve in parts.

Sarah Dawson – You have so much potential. You need to work on confidence and get technique lessons to improve those top notes. Use the stage more it was a bit statuesque.

The Timemakers – Flat in places. Bad choice of cover the whole performance was a bit somber it would have been good to have seen another side with a more pacey cover.

Svetlana – Nice vocal tone. Need to make sure your playing doesn’t take away from your singing.  Great image. Your original song was better than your cover choice.

Kayleigh Sanders – Striking outfit. Nervous start and wobbly moments vocally but a good committed performance. Great performance just a little erratic at times.

Alexia McIntosh – Absolutely love this girl. Great performance, fantastic image, fantastic vocal. She has the full package but needs a more modern song next time.

Andrea Wilde – Pleasant act but needs more engagement to make more entertaining. Need to ditch the mid-Atlantic accent. More upbeat material needed to spice it up.

Brooklyn – Nice effort made with harmonies. A few stage moves will make a bit difference. Stunning performance. The judging panel’s thoughts on the cover song differed.

Charlene Marie – Would work better as an electronic dance act. Good coherent image. Lots of potential but her voice was a little uncomfortable and pitchy when pushed.

Kolin DurierStrong look with a husky tone. Good guitar accompaniment. Vocals need more work. Tuning out in places but you have a stunning soft tone to your voice.

Cressida Newbury  – You’re a superb female MC but found it hard to hear your words at times so work on diction. A few mistakes make sure you thoroughly rehearse.

DeanoNice voice but work on image to bring out an edge. Your own song was better than the Biffy cover which for me didn’t work. Work on guitar skills.

Donna Mackay – Liked the original song. Nice tone to her voice. Maybe Donna would work better in a band? Good stage presence and a very personable act.

Donny Upton –Original song much better suited to your voice. Lovely rich voice, very listenable. Great vocals you reminded me of Joe from Nickelback.

Unsigned Musicians Bedford, Further Feedback

Hannah FaulkenerShe has a very strong belt but could have shown a little more versatility dynamically. Good interaction with the audience. Loved the cover. Great twist to it.

Louise Arnold – Classic musical voice. Well performed and acted out. Needs to work on held notes. A convincing performance. You looked beautiful.

Sharon Minney/Pete GordelierGood performance. A little nervous though. Needs more interaction between each other to create a stronger bond on stage.

The Bombshells – Very entertaining and certainly made it memorable. Brilliant harmonies but a little bit gimmicky. Obvious cover choice but hey, everybody enjoyed it!

Sabrina – Work the stage more. You use the stage well and microphone technique is excellent. Great projection but you suffered a couple of pitch hiccups.

Melly BurellGood on-stage interaction. Strong vocal but you need more than a guitar for the performance to feel huge. Maybe try a different song arrangement next time.

The guest act for the day was Hatty Keane, who treated the crowds to brilliant performances.
