Please take the feedback on board with a view to helping in the future.

Isabella Green – Good rasp and tone to your vocal, take care with your facial expression, perhaps look back at the filming and observe what you are doing with your expression. Consider going forward standing when performing which may force you to perform more. Further take care not to not force the vocal and ruining your control and tuning, click here for tips on facial expression.

Frankie – Potential is there but look to work with a good vocal coach to strengthen your vocals thus extending your projection and range to be even better. Performance wise was a little too static and you need to work that stage more. Click here for the importance of voice training and click here for tips on projection.

Jazzyb – Vocally strong but without a backing track you are performing without your strongest tool. With a backing track it makes the performance more full, fills the gaps, hides your breathy bits and helps with your tuning and timing. Singing a ccapella leaves you very exposed and bare which under pressure is extremely risky.

Tantrum – A committed performance but the diction isn’t clear and the arrangement could be reworked to let the lyrics breath. Performance wise try to get a bit closer and look across at each other to show connection and chemistry as a group, click here for advice on diction. And click here for tips for duos and groups.

Emily-Mae – Performed it well but the song was a bit too much of an impression, click here for performing a creative cover. Going forward try and put your own spin on a cover.

Nicole Donovan – Vocally strong; your vocal tone, control and range was impressive but without a backing track you are performing without your strongest tool. With a backing track it makes the performance more full, fills the gaps, hides your breathy bits and helps with your tuning and timing. Singing a ccapella leaves you very exposed and bare which under pressure is extremely risky. Better mic control will hide the breathing a little more discretely.

Re-Mix – Dance routine was spot on and good consideration to your image to be coordinated. Vocally potential is there but tuning wasn’t always on point and that is vital to be consistent, click here for tips for duos and groups.

Harry Mallaghan – Vocally good but where was the performance and the energy! More performance will help build the confidence to perform more, click here for tips on performance. Also click here for performing a creative cover.

Georgina – Probably a bit soon for Georgina but hopefully great experience to look to develop and improve. A very nervy performance that came out a bit in the vocals and a bit too static but potential is there if you want to strive to get there, click here for tips on building stage confidence.

Sasha – Talented but song was a little bit too big, click here for importance of song choice. Look to express the emotion of the song in your performance, facially and don’t be afraid to use your arms, click here for singing with emotion and click here for tips on facial expression.

Lana Rose – Good potential in the song but need to work on the dynamics and delivery to the chorus to stand out even more. Work on your facial expression to convey the emotion in the song more so we can connect to the message in the song, click here for tips on facial expression.

Lauren Rogers – It’s a very delicate song and one you have to be extremely precise with, you have a lovely tone but need to just tighten up on the timing and delivery otherwise you are playing catch up with the song it won’t flow as it should, click here for performing a creative cover.

Milton Keynes stage performance tips

Adrianne – Felt you connected to the song well, look to work in greater dynamics and depth to the song, click here for more information on dynamics and in particular click here for tips on projection. Look to take the mic off the stand and use that stage to perform and connect even more to your audience.

Jasmine Oakley – Some real quality about your tone and presentation. Could climb even more into the performance let go and let rip. Vocal control was excellent. Song probably needs more of a hook to be a hit.

Lashayah – Good vocal control until towards the end when you forced it and lost your tuning a little just give attention to your breathing don’t be all spent after the chorus. Better mic control would give you better projection, click here for microphone techniques. To get a bit more originality that is currently a little lacking, click here for performing a creative cover.

Lauren Flower – Great projection for someone so young, look to commit to the performance even more, take the mic off the stand and work that stage as too static. Watch the vocal control towards the end when you started to force it and lost your tuning, click here for microphone techniques.

Emma McGrath – Good song and lovely vocal. Could work more on performing and facial expression as currently its lacking colour to bring the story of the song alive. Commit more to the performance!

Ellie Ayre – Great idea with the mash up not sure they worked so well for your vocal range and bringing out the nicer sounding side of your range, click here for importance of song choice. More performance will assist you with your mic control, click here for microphone techniques.

Rebecca Loveday – Good vocal control but the song choice was really popular and dated, click here for importance of song choice. And click here for performing a creative cover.

Elizabeth Kinrade – Song has some real potential but your guitar didn’t sound great always check the tuning. Look back at the footage when you can and analyse your facial expression as you need to convey more emotion, click here for tips on facial expression.

Jasmin – Nice tempo to the song and good use of dynamics. Take care with your playing and also your mic control needs to improve, click here for microphone techniques. Your vocal projection is strong and general vocal platform solid, click here for tips on projection.

Naomi – We hear this song so often it’s difficult to you to really stand out, it’s too popular and dated; we’ve just heard it way too many times. click here for importance of song choice. And click here for performing a creative cover.

Ryana – Good connection to the song and vocal projection, just take care with your control, a good vocal coach will be able to help you with your control to be even better, click here for the importance of voice training. Try not to just concentrate on the high notes.
