By entering your details in the fields requested, your personal details to be used by both OM and its service providers to enable OM and its service providers to supply you with the services you select. Notwithstanding this you can access our home page and browse our site without disclosing your personal data.

(b) any advice offered to a provider shall not incur any liability or legal responsibility for OM, whether such advice is accepted, implemented or rejected by the provider.

(c) the selection of the supplier is the sole responsibility of providers; no guarantee can be given that work will be awarded to you/your organisation and that neither OM nor the providers will give reasons for their decisions.

(d) OM will carry out spot checks on applications, requesting evidence of information provided herewith, and any false information supplied will automatically result in disqualification should this be discovered.

(e) the information you supply will be held on a database available to anyone accessing the portal.

The following provisions may be curtailed or disallowed by the laws of certain jurisdictions.  In such case, the terms hereof are to be read as excluding or limiting such term so as to satisfy such law.
