Featured Artists for January
Birdy – Surrender
Discovered aged 12, Birdy is now signed to Warner Music and has forged a massively successful career, with 1.6 billion streams worldwide. Now, five years after her last record, Birdie is releasing her fourth studio album, ‘Young Hearts’ in April featuring the nostalgic and evocative single ‘Surrender’ – which you can preorder it here.
Lottery Winners ft. Frank Turney – Start Again
Indie band The Lottery Winners have come a long way since winning Future Music’s Live & Unsigned in 2010. They’ve supported Tom Jones and McFly on tour and released their debut, self-titled album at the start of 2020. Now they’re teaming up with English punk and folk singer-songwriter Frank Turner for the joyful track, ‘Start Again’.
Alice Ray – Lost In The Dark
London based singer-songwriter Alice Ray wowed the judges in Audition Show Seven and we love this original song ‘Lost In The Dark’ from her upcoming debut EP.
Hatty Keane – Springfield Rd
Hatty Keane won Open Mic UK in 2011 and, that same year, she signed BGM Entertainment. The London based artist released her EP Nostalgia last summer, which is an eclectic offering of soul, jazz, hip hop inspired songs. Hatty released the album’s latest single ‘Springfield Rd’ along with an animated video last month.
Dimmy And The Bad Heart – White Lies
The duo Dimmy And The Bad Heart have already topped the charts in Greece, and are now turning heads in the UK. You can catch their performance in Audition Show Five and listen to their catchy indie-pop single ‘White Lies’ below.
